I was visiting a friend in California, at the same time shopping for small lanterns for my Goddaughters quinceañera. This is the only place I found what I was looking for. I explained to the gentleman who helped me that I would be flying back to Texas with my purchase and he condensed and secured the box so well that upon arriving home NOT one single lantern was damaged! Bravo! Thank you Sir!

Go here only when you don't have questions about their products and services. Workers are rude and impolite. After asking if they ship internationally, I was told to leave! UPDATE: figured I could try this place again since it's local and I hear positive reviews. Not sure if they were the owners, but their customer service is shallow. They asked me if I ever bought anything from them I said not yet. The guy says he will not sell bulk to me. My response was that I needed a certain number of items but again he reinforced his original offer (which was a third of what I needed). This was a cash purchase no request for net 30 or cod, makes no sense. Another customer who overheard approached me outside says that's normal for them until I become a regular buyer, also said owners are concerned about inspectors. Definitely NOT my problem. I left and will not ever return.
