I've been here many times and they always do the job as requested in the quickest way possible.. You can see they don't enjoy their work as they don't always smile.. But as long as they do their job properly I have no complaints. Even during busy hours their service is quick..

Whoever is the mail carrier for my apartment complex, either keeps on stealing my packages or gives them to other people because I have had at least 3 packages in the past month said they were delivered but they aren't here. This mail carrier is terrible.

No mail delivery at 29625 strathmore on on 18th and 19th of July. Then on 20th delivery made but nothing from missed days, eventhough informed delivery showed few expected mail. No way to contact the post office. 800 number has no matching choices and no choice to talk to anyone...

Very disappointed. This is my first review I have ever left but definitely needs to be addressed. *One person was working with a line going out the door, understandably no one wants to work currently…but if I can not get my mail key for my apartment because “the person who is in charge of the keys is on vacation” then that is a BIG problem. The gentleman could not give me ANY timeframe of when he would be back. I need to get into my mail box ASAP! My apartment stated that the PO owns the mail boxes. I have absolutely no control over receiving my mail at this time. You would think they would have someone cover this job position, knowing how important it is for people to have access to their mail. I will be continuing to try to get ahold of someone who can handle this situation…but at this time I have no help!

I need to contact a live person @ the farmington hills post office
Go to the Post office and tell them. You'll finish out a small form and they'll hold your mail till the date specified
If you just moved in, your name should be in your box to recieve mail. If you didn't just move in go to the 12 mile post office.
Yes if it does not exceed 30 days
If it says "or current resident" that mail is for you even if it's addressed to the previous tenant. Any first class mail addressed to the previous tenant can be forwarded or returned but not business bulk mail. Your carrier should be picking up that mail.
We do have supplies however we have kiosk in the lobby
No
