Hi Mike. Sorry to hear that you had a difficult time getting up to Rosies. We do have a sign posted at the front stair case that lets people know about the elevator in the back. Thank you for letting us know we need to made that sign more easily viewable. We hope you'll come back and give us another try.

I specifically looked for the sign. and did not see it. My wife and I are both disabled. Back when we were in slightly better health, we braved those stairs because we didn't see a sign. Also, there is often no sign posted in the alley to find your restaurant. I stand by my review and will continue to do so saw well as push for enforcement of the Americans with Disabilities Act. This isnt just an inconvenience or a bad night, it was a denial of my civil rights and the rights of many of my friends and will be treated as such. Expect to hear more.
