The post-sales experience is remarkable, too. Specifically, the Service team is comprised of experienced & engaged bike mechanics. For example, I recently was experiencing significant gearing problems with my older touring bike that resulted in increasingly disconcerting chain slippage. Harry attentively listened, researched parts availability, and then judiciously engaged in a series of parts replacements -- until we had my old hardware running, once again, like a Swiss timepiece.
