This bike shop is well-run. The product range is extensive, prices are reasonable, and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Especially Jeremy. He helped me with my bike purchase from beginning to end and helped anticipate a lot of the questions I had along the way. If I didn’t live so far away, I would come here more often.

She helped us understand the differences in bikes and all the pros and cons and helped us pick bikes that would work for our lifestyle. And now we go there for any bike related purchases or questions. Defiantly this is the bike shop to go to in Santa Cruz.

I really like this place. My local bike shop Epicenter has turned into some super duper mountain bike dude shop. No, I don’t need a carbon fiber whatever I’m a dad with squeaky cargo bike brakes. Such attitude! Santa Cruz Cycle Sport is the reverse. Cool. Friendly. Not too expensive. Zero attitude.

Just had an excellent experience. I needed my tubeless setup refreshed and figured I might as well put some new tires on. I mean, since they’re off anyway. Mathew didn’t try to sell me tires at all. He did do a great job selecting a setup based on what I wanted. They got my wheels and tires done the same day which is always a plus. Did a trail ride today and the tires are exactly what I wanted. A bit more bite for the fast stuff without bogging it on everything else. I’m very please with the whole experience. Happy trails!
