First, give the new owner a bill of sale bc dogs are considered property ... If they're microchipped, you'll need to re-register them ... The new owner will need to license them

If you're in Carson or the LA area I should say and they're licensed all you need is the license and then they can take it to the shelter and have their name transferred otherwise just give them the dogs
