How can a company such as this continue to be in business when they get So Much wrong then lie about it? Are they so desperate for franchisees?

I do not know the answer to your question. I am not in anyway affiliated with FedEx, but I have many items shipped to me all the time. I have only had difficulties once or twice in over 20 years. I am saddened you have had problems. I wish your experience with any company goes well.

Shop til you get what you want, provide "focused positive feedback" where you dont [or go elsewhere] imho.

What happened?

just like all chain grocery stores or pizza places share the company name some are always going to be at the top of service and others will fall midddle to bottom....I love the fedex I use almost daily.. even when i move soon I plan to keep using my fav one even if i have to drive a bit of a distance....find the right ones for you. They are out there..
