I went for a TB test. I was in and out both times pretty fast considering there are always a lot of people at Urgent care. It's expected. So when they can get you in and out fast. That's great.

Front desk staff was polite but wait was long. Unless everything goes per usual they are actually clueless what to do. I came in for pre job physical. They we’re unable to test hearing if you wear hearing aids. So I was informed to go to my audiologist, retest with hearing aids and bring back to have that documentation included in my file send to the perspective employer. I did do that and they failed to send the paperwork. When I called about retrieving that paperwork I was told they don’t send audiology paperwork. That would have been fine but I left there thinking they would send that on. No communication at all. In addition, the PA who did my mini physical was awful. Rude and not helpful in the least. Need way better communication.

My whole experience at this Concentra location was excellent. I went in for a physical and I was in and out in less than an hour. The front staff were extremely helpful. I felt comfortable with my physician about my health concerns. Thank you Concentra
