Amazing! The kids loved it!!! I can watch the kids while they play all day! I love the fact that its indoor! Xochitl was very kind & helpful & went an extra mile to make sure the kids were well taken care of, she wasn't rude or annoyed despite all my requests

Very poor customer service. My granddaughter's birthday party was given here. The kids had fun, but the way they handle the parties is very unprofessional. My daughter-in-law was told based on the party she selected, the would be a charge for any child/adult over a particular number. What they didn't explain is that they would not proactively charge the individuals at the register once the limit was reached. She ended up needing to pay an additional $150! Myself and others of course covered her on the back end, but the lack of clear explanation on how it works caused undue stress. I think it's a scam to get more money. The manager was very unhelpful and condescending when we tried to speak with her about giving a refund and then charging the additional guests separately. The experience was not a positive one at all. If you go there I do not recommend purchasing a party package. It is a rip off.

The only GOOD thing about my first time coming here was that my daughter had a blast. Other than that, I wouldn't return I rather drive elsewhere. My sister booked a party for my niece turning three. & wow all I could say the services was terrible the coordinator XOCHITL or whatever he name was. She was young female with short blondish hair. She was terrible always coming to pick up the trash and literally kicking us out like wait a min we are still picking up; she she came like 15 times I kid you NOT to come pick up the trash and clean the tables literally getting all the party decorations before our time was even over! I didn't see her doing that to other GUEST! The big tables are reserve for parties I guess I don't know. She said we couldn't keep anything from the party we had to take everything to the car. the staff was so SLOW! and one couldn't even females in the counter couldn't even count money even with the register doing the math for her! OMG I stood there looking at her like hmm I'm missing my change; she had to give me $5 back and only gave me 4.25 !!! I didn't even want to tell her anything anymore because some other girl came and asked her if everything was OK; hmm hello I'm the customer not here and NO EVERYTHING IS NOT OKAY!. I left and lost a $1.00. The bathrooms were so NASTY and unclean.
