Does anybody else get horrible customer service besides me? I never got my package or promised return phone call about it. They act like they care, but they don't. I will never use them!

So sorry to hear about your bad experience. Actually it depends who is behind the counter. Most of them are helpful but some might be like that.

Yes , I do ,it's horrible service , they hold my package 3 days , I called over 10 times , couldn't figure out, every day told me is on the way . no Fedex anymore

Yes im with u bad service here had 6 boxs to drop off the lady would only take 5 of them , all are prepaid , i spend 1000-2000 a month on shipping and i cant drop off my package i paid for and is need to show it was dropped off

I have had good and bad days there. I think it actually is based on the weakest link. I hated bad service, but my last two times service was amazing.
