Worst shipping service I have ever used. They have "lost" several packages I have shipped and they have 0 urgency to help track them down. This company is a joke. I have paid for overnight shipping several times and the packages dont show up for days if they get delivered at all. They blame it on "short staff". Maybe they dont have enough employees because they are a terrible company.

Missed my package, and came over to pick it up, but it took to near closing time for the package to come to the driver. However, the clerks kept me up to date on it, and contacted everyone they could to let me know about it’s status. They got my package before the end of the day, and I was extremely grateful for all the trouble they put to getting it to me in someway. This shouldn’t be expected as the norm, but this was exceptional service. Thank you.

FedEx is a joke! They sent me tracking info for a package that guaranteed delivery by 2/28/22 and I’m am still waiting on it. Called their customer service, at first they tried to blame the sender for not getting the package to them right away… but this was not the case. Then I talked to a manager that hung up on me without hearing my situation. I immediately called back for another manager that informed me that they loaded the package on the wrong truck and sent it halfway across the country in the wrong direction. When I called them out on it they had a very nonchalant attitude of: its not my problem and we won’t do anything to fix it or make it right! I have already informed purple mattress of the issues with their carrier and informed them that FedEx is trying to throw companies under the bus for their own mishaps. I hope that purple mattress takes my complaint seriously and stops giving FedEx there business because fedex is trying to push off their responsibility on others to save face, not caring about small business’ reputation.

I ordered a package online and someone along the way who handled my package at one point tore it open and took about 4+ items. The delivery driver simply dropped off my package and didn't even knock on the door to warn me that my package had been ripped open. He simply just got back in his truck and probably just checked it off like it was a 100% completely satisfactorily delivery with 0 issues. I expected 11 items and I only received 6. Several months ago I ordered the same merchandise and the same incident occurred so this is NOT THE FIRST TIME this has happened. Same situation, I receive a package and someone rips it open and takes the items because they are exclusive and expensive. I will no longer order so that my packages stay away from all of your facilities.

So sorry to hear about your bad experience. Actually it depends who is behind the counter. Most of them are helpful but some might be like that.

You will first have to call or go online to have package held at center. Once confirmed you can pick up at center with valid photo ID matching name on package
Fedex charges for the weight of the package, and if the size is too large they charge for the size. Whichever is greater.

I do not know the answer to your question. I am not in anyway affiliated with FedEx, but I have many items shipped to me all the time. I have only had difficulties once or twice in over 20 years. I am saddened you have had problems. I wish your experience with any company goes well.
Unfortunately shipping is always slow at this time of the year.
Yes, they make deliveries starting in the morning, all the way up to 9 PM and sometimes later, if the driver is behind or has excess packages.
