Well, the best thing to do is to go directly to the shelter with a photo of your baby and speak to someone at the front counter, maybe an officer has already found him and he is in one of their kennels. Or you can also take a tour of all the kennels and you might see him there for yourself. You can also post fliers with his picture outside of your house to see if somebody else has een him. Note that it would be much easier for the staff at the shelter and the people from the general public to help you find him if he has an identification tag such as a microchip or license.
