Hi, I can help! In fact I fed the kittens in the street but I had problems with the neighbors in front and they sent me to a sheriff to inspect my house since according to the sheriff you can only have 3 pets per house, so I let him know that the kittens They were not mine and told me that I could not feed them because they could fine me and because of those neighbors I can no longer feed them because they keep watching me. And I really don't understand why he was angry if he was giving them outside my house and he wasn't invading anyone's property. Someone knows if something can be done and to others those neighbors throw a dust around their house that according to them is cat repellent and is like chili and pepper powder.
You might be able to find help thru this place, when I've been there with my pets in the past, I've seen various people with strays being fixed, who work feeding also... I would try these people. If you call, ask for the San Pedro location, then, when you get them, ask to speak to the most knowledgeable person there about stray cat helpers/organizations in the area. If this doesn't do it check the web for local stray cat lovers org. (?) . Good luck, and God bless you, and your endeavor. 😇💗🐈
