Does this place have fans or is it cool enough to sleep in? I don't wanna wake up all wet and musty anyone know? Also is parking available at no charge?

Bedrooms have both Fan and Air conditioning, it was cold when I was there so I turned on just the Fan and it was okay! I don't know about parking
