No the chase center is not open to the public, as others said the concourse is open to the public and the Warriors store. & restaurant will be open soon as well. It's Beautiful! !
You can visit the main concourse whenever but can only go inside on event days or Monday to Friday from 10 to 4 if heading to the box office
