I really enjoy this place. The apartment is really nice, the amenities are great (sometimes they break but they usually are fixed pretty quickly), maintenance shows up same or next day if you need them. It’s quiet, people are friendly, there’s security. I’d recommend it

Hot tub has been broken for over a week! Just FYI in case you are touring the building, make sure you check if the pool / amenities are functional. UPDATE: I will delete this review once the issue is resolved. The hot tub is still broken. UPDATE 1/11/22 Hot tub still broken! Plus check out what our lounge bathroom area looks like! I will delete this review once the issues are resolved. Update 1/17/22 The hot tub still broken! At least the bathroom is cleaned. However the front door buzzer is now broken and packages are just being dumped outside the door 🚪 :'(

Over $10,000 worth of belongings stolen from both out front our door and in the mail room. Management has done little to nothing to work on this. No extra security has been hired, and no improvements have been made. Do not live here

MB360 has the worst management and security system. We have had at least 3-6 packages stolen per month! We had complained many times to the management and nothing has been done. This building has no security systems and this is why mb360 is targeted for crimes. As you can see in the mailroom many packages for opened and some got stolen
