Best place to park for chase center. Expensive, $50 per warriors game, but very convenient, clean and safe. No reservations required. When you enter they give you a sheet of paper with instructions for how to download their payment app, and then you enter your credit card and license plate to pay. Make sure to get here 30 minutes before tip off as they occasionally do fill up.

UCSF Third Street Garage. The new façade, “Cellular Origami”, is a series of large metal panels representing the double-helix structure of DNA. The garage is directly across from the Chase Center on 3rd Street.

It's a tall garage. It is very busy at 11:30 . So I had to park on the 9th floor. The elevators are fast ! . Price was $8 for two hours, not too bad. A walk of one block to the medical center.

I'm pretty sure you could. It's just a machine to get a ticket and park for $4 an hour.
I know last time I parked there they specifically did not aloow ballpark parking.
