This is a clean, bright and beautiful space for a full body and cardio workout. Doris, our instructor, was great. She gives clear and concise instructions, corrects people’s form, and pushes you along while you work at your own pace. Workout is hard and you sweat buckets, but so rewarding. Give it a try.

Clients must be 18 or older. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign the waiver.
If you are pregnant please talk to a doctor for approval before taking a Lagree class. Classes can be modified for pregnant women. Please notify the instructor.
If you have any health conditions or major injuries, please seek approval from your doctor before taking a class and let the instructor know.
You may walk in if you already have an account or have enough time to sign up and pay online before the start of class.
It is best to sign up on our website, mindbody.com, or download our Lagree Fit 415 app on Google or Apple app stores to sign up and pay for classes. We do not accept cash at this time.
When you arrive, make sure to check in with the front desk and let the instructor know if you have any injuries, health issues, or if you are pregnant.
You should arrive 10 minutes early to sign the waiver and let the instructor know it is your first time and they will go over the machine.

Yes, we provide towels.
We recommend you bring sticky socks. We sell them and also rent them at the studio if you forget or don't have a pair. Water bottle — we have a water bottle filler. Also, bringing a positive attitude helps!
You should listen to your body but to see results we recommend 3–4 times a week for the best results.
There is no assigned parking but there is metered parking in Mission Bay. Cal Train and Muni are nearby as well.

We do not have showers.
Due to clients who have allergies, dogs and other pets are not allowed.
Unfortunately we can not make any changes to ClassPass reservations.
For your safety and for the other clients, if you are more than 5 minutes late you will not be allowed to take the class. If you are late and there is a waitlist, your spot will be given to the standby waitlist client if they are at the studio on time.
If you are on the waitlist and are at the studio and there is a machine available at the start of class you will be able to take class. If the class you want to attend is full, join the waitlist. To join the waitlist you must have a class credit in your account. If a spot opens up, you will be notified by email. To receive these reminders, your Mindbody profile must be set to accept notifications and reminders. You can remove yourself from the waitlist up to 12 hours before the class starts. Within the 12 hour window no further clients will be added from the waitlist. Please be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer plan on joining the class — if you are pulled off the waitlist and don’t show up for class, you will lose that session or be charged a $25 no show fee. To check your waitlist status, go to your Mindbody account, My Info, then My Schedule. If you want to remove yourself from the waitlist make sure you do so before the start of class.
We have a 8 hour cancelation policy. You can cancel without any fees or losing a class up to 8 hours before class. If it is within 8 hours you will be charged a $15 late fee. If you have a class package you will lose your class. If you no show, there will be a $25 no show fee and you will lose your class if you have a class package. We can not make any changes to ClassPass reservations as it is a different booking system. We do not allow clients to check in to class and not take class to avoid late cancel fees on ClassPass.
