Great class. Cares about individuals. Waits respectively for all students to arrive. It is a group class but feels personal. Reasonable pricing especially for this area.

I’ve been here for 3 years. Started as a very beginner. Loved it since then - very good exercises. The owner/instructor Mark and instructors Natalie and Silvina are very good and knowledgeable. Also very reasonable price.

I bought a Groupon to try Pilates for the first time. The instructor, Natalie was great! She was patient and thorough in her instructions, without over doing it. The machines are clean and there is ample parking.
