I thought Sprint employees were a bunch of crooks. T-Mobile employees are even worse. Nick, who previously worked at this location, ripped me off! He convinced me to “upgrade” my iPhone 11 to a 13 5G. (Big mistake, but that’s another issue.) The worst part is that he told me that my plan would decrease from $123 a month to $90 a month. A lie. The first month I ended up paying $169. Second month I paid $153. When I called him for help he said he couldn’t. And every time I’ve tried to fix it the Reps on the phone are utterly useless and claim I must have misunderstood. STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILE if you don’t want to get ripped off. Also, the Sales Reps at this store in Woodland Hills are extremely rude!

Customer service at this Store is amazing. I just came over with 5 lines from Verizon and Danny was able to get me free phones as well. He also saved me money on my home internet. Definitely go to Danny he was amazing
