Love this store specifically! I brought in my iPad 11 pro due to (what I was told from Apple) a corroded charge port. I scheduled an appointment online the day of and 3 hours in advance. When I showed up, I was greeted by Horsep and he helped me address the issue. When I explained my problem, he was patient and explained to me the process of changing out my corroded charge port. He explained to me how Apple designed my iPad and due to that design there may be a possibility of my screen breaking when changing out the charge port. After explaining the risk, he offered to clean out my charge port with a special brush and liquid. I said yes, and within 3 minutes (literally, 3 minutes) he came back out and plugged in my iPad. My iPad turned on! I felt a wave of relief and he suggested to let my iPad sit and charge for a moment to ensure that it would hold a charge consistently. After my iPad showed consistency of charging, I asked him how much the total for today was going to be. He politely declined and said it was free today. He also showed me protection plans if I was planning on continuously using my iPad, in case I had future problems. I wasn't able to purchase a protection plan, and he did not make me feel pressured to get one. I left the store feeling relieved, heard, and very happy that Horsep was able to help me. I will definitely be coming back here if I need help with any breaks in the future. Thank you Horsep!!

Hi Fred! Thanks for your question! Unfortuantely, we only do battery repalcements for the Air 2 if the screen is broken. I suggest reaching out to Apple directly to see if they can assist you further with this repair!
