I took my clothes for pressing.A guy who is working there told me why your clothes are wrinkles. It was like a joke.Come on man.change your attitude.You are really rude. Poor costumer service. I don't go there anymore.Don't waste your money. There are alot of dry cleaners around here.

I wanted to use this business. But I was ignored. I walked into the store. A gentleman walked in after me. The lady behind the counter looked past me. And asked the man behind me if he needed help. She proceeded to help him. While ignoring me. I said excuse me. I was here before he was. She just looked at me and said absolutely nothing. I left and took my business elsewhere. Where I was given excellent customer service. I give this place an Ffor customer service.

I took my Giorgio Armani pants here to reduce the waist. After I picked up my clothing, not only was the fit strange and weird, but there were multiple areas of messy finishes and a damage to the clothing. There was a hole near the place where the alteration lady worked on. And there were threads sticking out everywhere. I took it back to show it, and the lady kept pulling the threads and actually made the hole bigger. She wasn't careful with the clothing - she actually just pulled at everything and made the finishes worse. She's a nice lady but I don't recommend getting alterations here. I don't want anyone else to suffer the heartache of losing their favorite piece of clothing. :( P.S - no refund was issued.
