Buying at this store is not that bad even though their costumer service is not that great. Trying to sell my things there, have been a bad experience. The very first time I brought Zarah, anthropologie, free people etc.. good brands. The girl that was there told me that they couldn’t take anything I bought, because they only sell Chanel, Gucci expensive name brands. I went back on a different time and guess what they’re were selling! Zarah and Anthropologie. My second intent was with a pair of Michael Kors sandals, and again the girl told me they needed to get them authenticate, I told them that I was fine with the process. Two day later they sent me a message saying that couldn’t sell my sandals no reason offered. And guess what they’re were selling at the store again! Yes Michael Kors shoes. Bottom line is that I feel like if they white person they don’t care. You have lost Me, my family and friends as costumer forever.

I used to put items at this place for consignment for 2 years and they made thousands off my items. They used to update me of the prices before they put the items out so if the items are not priced correctly I could take back my items the very next day. However they have started to operate like hooligans this year. The last round I requested online and via text msg for my items back that were in-Grace they said they will pull back the items from the shop floor and get back to me in 7 days but the item sold on the 7th day heavily discounted on the Pennies and they didn’t get back to me at all. I found my last in grace item because I walked in on the 7th day and found it on the rack. No one even contacted me. Then I had 3 more items left with them on the account and they swapped the tags around and I found the Madewell romper that was supposed to be priced at 48 dollars but selling at 158 which means they probably sold the maje pants at a discounted rate. I have requested for those 3 items back. My mistake was bringing in 6 items to them again and (NEVER AGAIN). They don’t have the courtesy of informing you how much they are selling your items for and try to use a contract to hold you to whatever they price it at. When I found out that they were priced on the Pennies and I asked for them back the very next day they asked me to go online and submit a form again which means they will try to just sell them for Pennies without your consent those 2 weeks again and then say too bad we sold your items for the Pennies while delaying you from taking your items back. I had to threaten to call the police on them just to retrieve my items. They make all sorts of mistakes. When I bought an item from them they didn’t put the points on my account either. Just do yourself a favour and list online. I have decided to edit my review from 1 to 3 stars after I have taken back my remaining items and closed off the owed amount and the difference that they have kindly returned me. But until they decide to have consideration for their consignors again and more consistency with the staff (ie no one knows what’s going on) , it will take me a while before I consign with them again.

Came in during the special sip n shop time on Super bowl Sunday. Welcoming and helpful staff, I found some beautiful sunglasses just in time for spring and summer!

No its a designer goods resale / consignment store
Yes you can purchase items nothing is fsbo. The original owner simply drops off their unwanted items and the closet price to sell them. After the item is sold the original owner get the percentage of the sale price
