Don't come here, make an appointment show up to your appointment on the time you made the appointment because they won't let you come in- my elder mother drove across the city to take the dog there for her appointment and the lady who claims to be the owner was so disrespectful to my mother didn't apologize for canceling or bother calling to cancel the appointment extremely unacceptable I will be contacting the better business bureau, not only was the receptionist so rude but didn't even apologize to me when she was the one i spoke to in regards to my mother bringing my dog in. NEVER COME HERE

Two days ago I made my dog an appointment there for a summer cut I walked in she asked me my appointment time I told her 1 o’clock she said well I can’t see her today my next appointment is 3 days away I said then why allow me to set an appointment and she says WE ALWAYS over book our selfs Which is very unprofessional I don’t suggest this place
