The PA i saw here was amazing. So kind and caring. Very knowledgable. But the receptionist I was greeted with didnt even bother to take my insurance information even though I offered. She said to me "Ive never heard that insurance and I dont know what to put for it. I will deal with it later". Then wanted me to sign a paper to accept all charges for the visit. I told her how my primary care is part of the wellness group and they had my insurance information. She blatantly ignored what I said and told me to take a seat. But then the women after me had tins and the sam receptionist was so nice and welcoming to her, asked further insurance information, and asked about the kids. And now I am stuck with a bill over $1000. I gave two stars for PA and Tech that assisted me because they were fabulous. But the receptionist but me in a massive mess that has been going on for 7 months now to get a bill paid. Which could have been avoided had she just taken my insurance card. Milford billing has been very patient with me through this whole process as well but I now feel bad we are both in a mess and I am trying to avoid getting sent to collections.

They were fine. Processed patients quickly and efficiently. Got to see a doc within 5-10mins after being registered. A better experience than when my kid went in for a suspected pneumothorax. The secretary then seemed flustered and overwhelmed. She wasn't there today.

Have used this walk in a few times always have had great service and doctors. Everyone has always taken the time to listen to my problem, and treat it professionally.
