Watch out! I had SEVERAL issues with this Club after having to take MEDICAL LEAVE. Double charges, hidden fees, classes expiring, unable to book due to App crash, employees lack of instruction and inappropriate behavior, phone calls all hours of the day and night too to collect an amount that was MORE than what I was supposed to be charged a month and the list goes on! They lure you in and pressure you to sign a contract (which I fully regret and have learned my lesson) by bringing you into an INTRO Class then offering you on the spot another ‘FREE’ class that same day IF you sign up right away, along with a discount waved for the initial sign up fee. As a customer you see that to your advantage and act out of excitement, with little to no time to go over the contract and ask questions. At that point you’re forced to stay with them for three months but good luck cancelling and dealing with their lack of care and professionalism from there. With all that being said, I have taken Pilates out of the State in other two facilities and did not have those issues. I gave it a two star because they have the con of good equipment, a couple of well trained instructors, but keep in mind, most are not, and the location is easy to park. They’re the ONLY Pilates in the area, nothing in Brandon or Riverview, their only competitor is located in Tampa -which has parking difficulty and traffic. Peharps, that is one of the reasons why they don’t feel like they need to honor their customers. Wrong!

Club Pilates is my home away from home ! I love this place, all the staff , and the friends I’ve made here . It’s helped make me stronger, more flexible and feel more balanced . I have back issues and it’s been a savior for my pain as well ! Love Club Pilates , Valrico !
