Jenna Jones is the kindest most passionate instructor. I just adore her generosity, commitment and knowledge. She loves Pilates and truly loves helping people achieve their goals. Highly recommend seeing her at Club!

I started doing pilates at Club Pilates Wilmington South in December of 2019 and immediately fell in love. Small group training with knowledgeable, caring instructors who are able to recognize what each person needs and adjust accordingly. Club Pilates caters to every age group. The studio is always, clean, well stocked, and just a warm inviting atmosphere. The front desk staff is friendly, and one step ahead of helping out! I have been exercising in one form or another for over 40 years and Club Pilates is by far my favorite!

Balances your body and strengthens your core. Small classes, excellent instructors. Club Pilates meets all Covid guidelines. I always feel safe here. Only 6 in a class.

Questions & Answers

When one is signed up on the wait list, how does one know that there is an opening for the waitlisted class?

The app automatically moves you into next position as someone drops the class. Once you are off the wait-list and into the class you will be notified immediately via the app.

I will like more information on pilates classes. My phisical therapist suggest that I should try it. Will it helps with my lower back?

Yes it will. The instructors ask before each class if anyone has any issues and you need to tell them yours. They can help modify an exercise to help you with your lower back. I have a bad left knee so they know that there are certain exercises that I cannot do and they help me modify the exercise. Once you try Pilates, you will never stop.
