Great technicians and healthcare workers. Horrible clerical and administrative staff. Your paperwork will not be filed on time for your appointment, and they’ll have you reach your bare hand into a box of “hospital safe” masks - the same box every other patient has stuck their hand into that day. Worse, complaints filed through UCSF’s system are “forwarded” and never responded to. Pick a different clinic or bring your lawyer.

I disagree with the negative comments about the parking. First, you need to know the entrance is on Third Street. The clearance is 6'10" and our large Ram has a scant 2" to spare, but we've never hit anything. Each time a garage attendant has been available to guide us to a suitable spot for our oversize vehicle. The garage is well-lit and open early-we arrived at 6:15 AM once. By contrast, the UCSF garage on Sutter St doesn't open until 7 AM. Last but not least, the parking is free with validation. Free parking in SF-who doesn't love that?!

Great staff, nice facility, I felt like I was very well taken care of. A bit of warning to those going there for the first time. The actual facility on the outside is not well marked and it is a bit confusing to find your way in accordingly., So give yourself extra time for your first visit. in case you have to stumble around trying to get in. As stated above, the parking garage is pretty awful.
