Let me first clarify that I am not an Ulta employee but, I am a loyal Ulta customer. I love, love, love Ulta. Yes, they do makeovers, but you would need to contact the Chino store if you wish to have it done there, and be specific as to what exactly you wish to have done. Ex. hair dyed and cut, with dramatic makeup, or a total facial with makeup. Or, if you wish to have a full day of beauty, taking advantage of all the services they provide, you would need to clarify that as well, so they would have a more accurate picture of what you desire, and you would have a better idea of what it would cost.
