They’re very slow my appointment was at 11:00am I got here 10:00 am checked in 10:10 am they gave a door at 4:30pm & still waiting they haven’t loaded a single pallet ,they’re telling me that they’re gonna be done at 12:00 am at least it could be more than that That’s redicluse,it never been happed to me like that It’s better not to come to this warehouse ever. All drivers be safe out there. Best! You guys just pay $150 for lay over(been waiting for 12 hrs ) Not fair at all , it’s nothing $150 box compare to 12 hrs .

Some of you guys giving bad reviews because of waite times and trying to give this company a bad name because they are busy are wrong. I waited 5 hours, and yes that is not ideal. But while I watched TV for most of the time, and KNOW I'm getting detention pay, I'm just fine with that. They were professional from the minute I walked in til I left.. Tight docking, but other drivers willing to give a hand was a plus. It's just trucking. I have had WAY WORSE experiences with shippers and was in and out in 20 minutes. They have a drivers lounge, with restrooms, and all staff were in good spirits. Just park in the road and go check in. Very tight area. Thanks Sunset for a great experience, and continued success!

Loaded all pallets SIDEWAYS even though they didn't even fill the entire trailer. My last pallet was stacked ON TOP of someone else's order. Not all businesses have loading docks or forklifts. Do better. 1 star customer service.

Been working with Sunset since 2017 and they are the best broker! Cass has always been great to me always helpful and in a good mood. The past 3 years I've been with Victoria and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else she's always there with a load for me when I need her and even answers all my after hours calls and to top it off she's got a great sense of humor. I suggest all drivers looking for a load out of Socal to call Sunset and ask for Victoria.
