I’m not happy with my most recent experience. I had a benefit brow bar appointment at 12pm and I arrived a few minutes late because it was my lunch (my fault) only 12pm or 12:20pm was available. I told a lady in the front I had an appointment and she went to go find the brow lady. She came back and said she was on her break and would be back in 10 minutes. It was longer than 10 minutes and I didn’t sit down to have my brows waxed until 12:30. While I was waiting I shopped around because I needed a few things. I picked up shampoo and 2 items from Benefit (mascara and a brow pencil). When the brow lady saw the shampoo she criticized me for using the brand. She also over waxed my brows and left them thinner and uneven. While cleaning them up with a tweezer, she said very condescending that I used a small razor on the lower part of my brows and because I did that I will have ingrown hairs in that area. The cashier experience was horrible too. And I was the only one waiting in line because they were not busy at all. There is a promo if you buy $35 of benefit product or more you receive a free fun size brow setter. It does say until 5/28 or while supplies last. But nothing was offered to me. She checked the drawers and said they have no more. But maybe something in replace would have been cool. I left feeling very upset. I’m very sad and disappointed with their service. I never like to leave bad reviews but I felt like I had to this time.
