I love the people here. From the front desk to the checkout ladies, & all of the PA’s and Dr. Lee for sure! Wait time is hardly a wait, they get you back pretty fast. I’ve been to both clinics; Hammond and in Covington. Honestly both places are great. I do prefer Hammond as it is closer to me. They get to know you by name, which is so sweet of them. I think they all must love working with Dr. Lee because how else can they be so kind and professional to Everyone! Dr. Lee is both kind, professional, and he truly listens to you & your concerns. He is by far a shining star in pain management as well as in the medical field. I hope they know how thankful I am that he is on my team of doctors who manage my health & wellbeing.

Expensive. However Dr Lee is absolutely amazing. He genuinely cares about each patient’s quality of life and takes his time to help. The staff are also very nice and make you feel at home when you walk through the door.

I was recommended to Dr. Conn by my orthopedic whom I trust, but I would never recommend this woman to anyone. In the two appointments I had, I was rushed, one of my many diagnosis was doubted, and I was nearly pushed into doing a surgical procedure that wouldn't help me. The third appointment was the worst though. After my mother and I arrived and were brought into a room in the back, we were asked if we had gotten a Covid vaccine. For religious and medical reasons we hadn't and told them so. We were then asked to put on masks, my mother quickly obliged but I physically can't. I have medical disorders which can cause me to pass out if I wear a mask. I have a letter of exemption from my doctor explaining this and I offered to show it to the nurse. The nurse said ok and that she'd have to tell the doctor. The nurse came back in and I was told Dr. Conn would not see me in person, even though I was already in the office, because I physically can't wear a mask. She said she'd only do a telehealth, so we'd have to leave and she'd talk to us over the phone. I refused this and asked for my money back, to which the doctor replied, all through the nurse mind you we never saw Dr. Conn, that she'd give me a weaning dose of my pain medicine and that would be the end of it. I said yup and my mother and I left. The entire time, this woman talked down to me, patronized me, and doubted me. I've been Diagnosed with 5 different chronic illnesses. I live in pain, but she didn't care. I'm only in my early twenties, and maybe that's why she had a problem with me. Maybe she thought I was just faking to get meds or whatever, but she never took the time to find out. She only did one MRI and that only covered the pain in my back. She told me I wasn't hyper mobile when I've been diagnosed by two different doctors and my joints dislocate constantly! At the last appointment, I realized all I was to her was a paycheck. I wasn't treated like a person who was in desperate need of help, I was treated as one more body to get in and out the door and give her money for it. This woman doesn't care about her patients. She just cares about their money.
