8 months ago, i was hired as a technician assistant. the lack of communication from day 1 was gross. too much drama and childishness. no one knows what they are doing from day to day. sent on jobs that were not ready for us either due to no parts or construction still in progress. informed management, were still sent then WE caught the lecture for going over on billable hours. i missed 2 weeks of work when the technician i was working under couldn't take it any more and quit. no one reached out to me to see what i wanted to do. when i reached out to them, i was given the run around, then had to sit thru a 30 minute berating. fine. we were on the same page. started working under another tech (nothing nice to say about what he knew/didn't know). he went on vacation and, little did I know, so did I. when i reached out to my boss, he left me on read for a week. ready to return to work today after the forced, unpaid vacation and was told that because i hadn't taken the week i had no clue i would be off to get my license, i was being laid off. no communication. very unprofessional. 1/10 do NOT recommend.

This company does not care about their workers. They will leave the workers on duty for two shifts which comes out to a 16 hour shift. When workers ask a supervisor to find someone to come in the workers are told that it’s not the supervisors job to make people go to work. The security guards are over worked and under paid. 100% would not recommend!!!!!
