Why don't you hire someone who doesn't roll their eyes Everytime a sentence comes out of their mouth. There is absolutely no customer service! Second why does it take so many times to finally reach someone when I call? 6x is a bit much. Its not ok.

I would suggest you go volunteer at the facility, see how understaffed they are by ratio of waiting time. You made me roll my eyes too. Shut up and volunteer buddy😶
