What is the difference between rescued and adopted? Are the rescued animals not available?

Rescued means the dog has gone to a rescue to be rehomed. It could mean local or out State or out of Country depending on which rescue pulled the dogs. They are no longer available at the shelter. Adopted means they found a home with someone/ family.

An adopted dog is an animal a private citizen comes in and choses to adopt. A rescued animal means a 501c3 Rescue organization has pulled the dog to re-home the animal.

So how would I reach out to the rescued animal

One its yours , one your caring for it until someone wants to adopt
