Found three chihuahuas in our neighborhood. I cannot keep them and have exhausted all efforts of finding owners. Can I take them to the pound? Or do they pick up?

Take them in there is a door at the end of the building the is a door bell ring it and they will come out and have fill out an info form which says who found them and where.

Hi i have a siamese cat up in my redwood tree like 40 maybe 50 feet up . i think she is stuck been there all day after being chased by my dogs. I put dogs away and she still is up there. What can i do? Just wait? Its not my cat by the way .
