If you did not find the kittens and Modesto Area they won't help you you would have to take it to your own City shelter and you have to find out if that City shelter is a kill shelter by Turlock do not take your animals to Turlock shelter they are a kill shelter so just mention to them that you found them in the Modesto Area when you were visiting somebody in there if you're not from Modesto and you day should take good care of them
