TL;DR - I don't know for sure, but... I've taken sharps there (razor blades). I put them in glass spice jars. They accepted those. I would recommend taking a load of stuff that you need to dispose of, that you know they accept (batteries, household electronics etc). They are good about letting you know how to get rid of what they don't accept (carbon monoxide detectors: contact the vendor). Good luck.
They accept Household hazardous products and E waste. I’m sure Goodwill or Salvation army locations should accept kitchen knives
