Put, it this way, if you can pass "Boot Camp," you can be a, "Laoborer," on any Construction Job.The Sand Bags, actually weigh, 100lbs, now & a little heavier, if wet!!! 🤣

It consists of carrying 60 to 80lb sand bags, 20 foot planks and cement blocks back and forth for about 3 days you get 2 breaks and a 30 min lunch on the 3rd you have wheel barrel back and forth also it's a little tuff but manageable. If you do it take pedialyte so you don't cramp up also cut the toes off of some socks and use them on your wrist to carry the cement blocks back and forth. Pace yourself... good luck
