Yes you can validate your parking for the public garage across the street for discount parking if you have a Macy's card. With different locations closing I don't know if they'll discontinue that perk or not
Macy's doesn't have it's own garage.
There's a parking lot directly across the street under Union Square. Not sure about the price though it should be very convenient.
