Unfortunately the SF downtown Macy's doesn't offer parking, and street parking is limited I would suggest using Public Transportation, or near by Parking lots.

Yes you can validate your parking for the public garage across the street for discount parking if you have a Macy's card. With different locations closing I don't know if they'll discontinue that perk or not
