I can't speak for the entire Saks SA team (as my experience with them have been just "okay"), but I can definitely say Zorana at the Chanel counter is absolutely wonderful. I have been working with Zorana as my Saks SA for a few years now and she is such a treasure. I highly recommend working with her especially if you have any strong stylistic preferences or even restrictions due to culture or religion, as she is very respectful of those elements and just a kind person in general.

Yes. You can return your items at this location. Returns are on the first floor all the way to the back.
No but there is the union Square parking garage across the street and if you go on a Sunday you can park at the meters on the street for free
