been going here ever since it opened :)) the rolled ice cream here is my favorite and I LOVEEE their taro bubble tea so much!! you can also customize your rolled ice cream which i found really neat — the owner is very friendly and the inside of the cafe is cute

I don't recall seeing dairy free. Take a look at my pics. There is a pic of the menu.
At steel n roll, you get a little card, and everytime you order something there, you get the card stamped, and when you have 10 stamps, you can get one ice cream for free
