Yes it is open.. But very few stores in old Sacramento are open.. Still a great time to spend with family down there

Everything is pretty much open you just halfta wear a mask and yes restaurants have seating outside if they are open.... I was just there last weekend myself.
They are open. Many stores are still closed or have gone out of business. Bathrooms and restaurants are open. The museum and trains are still closed. Parking is free for now.
