Go to Bldg 8 where the VSO (Veteran service officers).. If you have his DD214 (discharge paperwork) take that also.. Very important!! If you don't have it, someone should assist you to get it...
It might be easiest to go there with his separation papers and proof of marriage. In the main hospital someone will send you to the correct office
