It was good as usual, despite of the shortage of personal they are doing their best to keep serving the needs of the veterans, and we are grateful to all Doctors, nurses, volunteers, and the administrators for doing their best, thank you. Yes definitely there are somethings that have been regulated and probably with a good intention such as medicine for pain i was prescribed tramadol three refills i had only one refill and only had used in certain cases when I really needed, but a new provider came a long and decided to cancel the two remaining ones telling me that I don't needed that if I had any pain to go to pain management making more difficult for me to deal with any pain or anything associated with, I had acupuncture before and it was good to deal with artritis problems and I have never abused my medication or became dependent on, but I leave very far from the Hospital and sometimes I have terrible headaches and I have to look for another sources to get the right medication to overcome the pain which it's not all the time but I want to have something strong to deal with without to look outside my provider's because you never know how safe it might be, this is not fare for any of us veterans to assume that we have a dépendent habit and that we only look to get hi on opioid medications.

Surprisingly pleaseant; I didn't like the drive on 405, traffic; compared to my Sawtelle Blvd. Route to WLA VA.

Each visit can defer based on individual. My Dr recently retired I was introduced to another Dr. This Dr Em very young looking is actual better than grandpa Berman. There is a change now and it's for the better. I just returned from an ultrasound I was seem 45 minutes before my scheduled appt.

How do i obtain an identification card that proves my military service
you can apply for records online archives.gov
Go to building 126 to registration
Just va ID and get the forms I believe you have to submit to the dmv.
Offices closed at V.A.
I believe so. Call or ask at the lobby of the main building.
Go the nearest VA office and they should be able to look you up by your social security card number so bring that as well and Id with photo.
Where do I go to get help for housing
Go to Bldg 8 where the VSO (Veteran service officers).. If you have his DD214 (discharge paperwork) take that also.. Very important!! If you don't have it, someone should assist you to get it...
I'm not sure I would go to the VA and ask a person that works there.
Go to the front registration office in the main building and they will get make you one, or point you in the right direction.
Do you have a DD214? Take it to the nearest VA and ask to start the process. Be prepared to answer questions about personal finances, insurance and disabilities both service and non-service connected . Zero percent counts as service-connected as a place holder. You can also get assistance from your local DAV and other veteran organizations.
One would have to go down to the veterans resources and they will guide through.
You would have to go to the VA Hospital for that .
That's correct and if they dont answers they will lead to the departmen
Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside. Call them and they will instruct you what to do. You have to buy casket, they don't charge for the plot or burial.
