Very nice facility. The palm trees give off the feeling like you are in a vacation. They are nice when we come to visit my dad with the kids and lets us spend nice time with him. My dad says that they are treating him very good and he likes the people there and said that even he likes the food. Thank you palmcrest doe taking care of him it is a big help for my family!

In general there seems to be a real sense of pride in this building. Like the staff and owners know that they are part of something special. Everyone is so personable, and the residents seem so happy and well taken care of. I visit my aunt here almost every second week, and I have never had a negative experience. I have gotten to know a lot of the nurses and love how they all address me by my first name every time I see them. My family is truly lucky to have found this facility

My mother has been at Palmcrest for the past 6 months. She is well cared for and has a happy relationship with staff. The place is beautifully redone, so it does not have that traditional hospital ambiance. I make regular visits at various times and have always found a warm welcome from the staff. I would recommend Palmcrest wholeheartedly.
