I hope they are nice to people who live there. I didn’t have much time with grandparents growing up and I just wanted to volunteer, I usually volunteer for orphanage and kids. But this was very close to where I was, so I went in asked them, but the lady was rude and was in shock and then I just said happy new year and left and she started laughing that I even came to volunteer. I really hope they’re nicer to people who live there,

Moe acts like cant be bothered to get pkgs when asked out of lobby for residents. If you have probs they give you attitude. Weekend receptionist acts like she does not understand you even if you rephrase 3 ways what an issue is. Ask their name and they immediately want to know who you are only time they act concerned with outside family

Nice facility. Shari who works here is extremely amazing. She is polite and very helpful. She’s great with my dad and my family and I love her!
