Our service rep, Spencer, was the model for what a service rep should be. They should have recruits study this guy. He was kind, effective, had good ideas to save us money AND get us more. Even though we were not getting a high-end phone, he treated me and my boy like we were. I'd send my mother to these guys.

WOW Super service on my new phone! Wife and I decided we weren't ready for an upgrade. Both sales persons were very helpful in the purchase of the new device and then the return of them a day later

I don't know didn't even know they made one
If you get the Verizon service though, get ALL numbers in writing! Bills and dates get "confused" between sales reps and financial services.
