My auntie was admitted in this facility and it change my perception about skilled Nursing facility because of the shoreline staff who truly cares. The nurses wears their best uniform ( The Smile on their faces) despite of their busy schedule. Thank you to all the front liners. The facility is clean and no smell. I will definitely recommend this facility.

I was visiting a patient. And, My MY MY. I could feel the LOVE, CARE & CONCERN from the time I step in the door. This is a VERY NICE, CLEAN CLEAN PLACE. THE Staff is Awesome. EVERY staff person greeted me with a smile. I kid you not. God forbid, but... if I ever Ever have to go in a rehab/healing facility I would request it to be this one or one like it. IT IS JUST THAT NICE. All I can say is WOW

By far this facility exceeded my expectations. My mother was transferred here from Kaiser, after having been at a host of sub-standard facilities. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff and the overall quality of care. I also applaud Shoreline for the following: *My mom had a stage 4 wound that seemed to have gotten worse at other facilities, but showed great improvement at Shoreline. *Shoreline kept me in the loop, without delay, when there was a change in my mom's condition. *The charge nurses are pleasant, very efficient, respond quickly, hard-working and always greet me by name, especially Irvin. *The CNAs are awesome. They treat every patient with respect, kindness and love. One day, I noticed that a woman with dementia had wandered outside of her room and into another room. Two young CNAs noticed it immediately and quickly went to escort her out. Literally. A CNA was on either side of her with interlocked arms as if she was being escorted. They struck up a conversation with the patient that the patient really seemed to enjoy. There was no force used at all. The patient happily walked out of the room as if she was with old friends. It was a heartwarming scene. Also, a special thanks to Gretta for her very kind words. *As my mother had been in and out of various nursing homes in the course of of few months, by the time I got to this one, I decided that I would not bring all of her toiletries, because items had previously gotten lost in transit, etc., and the facilities usually provide those items anyway. Well, one day while visiting, I notice that there is an unfamiliar bottle of body wash and Aveeno lotion (not your typical standard issue toiletries) in her nightstand. I never figured it out, but apparently the facility doesn't provide toiletry items, and someone saw fit to purchase these items for my mom. I am sure I could come up with other examples of how this facility has gone above and beyond, but I think it is clear. Thank you Shoreline for making a difficult time in our lives more bearable!

I was in the area. If you are driving, you can check the Google Maps addresses. If you take the bus or train, you can check with the Los Angeles Metro website. I hope this helps.
This is a good place I'm not sure if they are taking ling term residence at this time but it is worth checking it out
A doctor to referr and arrangement with the facility mostly the hospital handles this but any recommending doctor could also handle it.
